Since I've made quite few conversions of Sims 4 eyes I usually stack all the extracted textures over each other in photoshop, crop the texture be only just the square where the texture is, resize the width to about 100 pixels (+whatever the height ends up being) = pretty much perfect size for Sims 2, choose all the layers and drag & drop them over the Sims 2 texture, still all layers chosen rotate 90' CW and then move it over where the original eye texture is. unless someone else has another alternative? The Sims Resource - Sims 4 - Female - feralpoodles - Nia Hair. After that it's just a matter of downsizing the photo a little, starting an eye project in bodyshop and copy+pasting it over.
This would be relatively easy to try for personal use though if you download S4studio where you can open the file and export the textures you want. I took a look at their TOU and it says they don't allow conversions, otherwise I would do this for you.
